Every time I come across food that I have never eaten, I have to order it. I ended up working in several kitchens. I do not work in kitchens any more but I do keep going out to eat. If I can't find the restaurants, I find ingredients and cook food from all over the world right here in Osaka.
Last year, I got married with this Sicilian Montréalais who used to be a Lebanese cook and this just made me more and more curious about FOOD.
I want to introduce to the restaurants here in Osaka and also let you know where you can buy all the ingredients and of course how to cook them! If you have better ideas, please leave comments.

Ogni volta che trovo cibo che non ho mai mangiato, devo ordinarlo. Mi sono trovata a lavorare nelle cucine diverse. Adesso non lavoro più in cucina, ma esco in ristorante spesso. Se non riesco a trovare i ristoranti, trovo gli ingredienti e cuocio cibo da tutto il mondo qui a Osaka.
L'anno scorso mi sono sposato con un montréalais siciliano chi ha gia fatto il cuoco libanese. Per questo sono diventata ancora piu curiosa sul cibo.
